About Dr. Marn
I have had a lifelong fascination with the mysterious, invisible energy that appears to be hidden from normal view. It all began when I was a child living in
My childhood interest eventually grew into a desire to understand the dynamics of storms and weather in general. I had moved beyond the childhood fascination of watching clouds change into various animal shapes and imagining their ephemeral interactions with each other. While attending high school I saw the clouds’ purpose shift from one of unlimited imaginings to one of becoming an accurate weather predictor and modifier. I began to notice specific temporal and spatial patterns in different cloud types and their relationship to various weather systems. My interest would ultimately grow into a passion to understand how something so innocuous as energy could become so concentrated in the atmosphere to the point of becoming destructive.
I made a career decision to become a weatherman. In order to achieve my goal I enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an Aerographer’s Mate, more commonly known as a weather observer and forecaster. However, after attending three months of military weather school my first duty station was a bit of a surprise. My original orders were set for the Naval Weather Center at Suitland, Maryland. But upon arrival I was told the official orders had been changed, and I was now supposed to report to the Naval Security Group Activity (NSGA) at
I begrudgingly worked in the NSGA mail room while I waited for the administrative processing of my Top Secret security clearance. After a routine wait of six months, I was finally indoctrinated into the Navy’s weather communications detachment at the National Security Agency. It was here that I first learned the almost mantra-like phrase “need to know”. This seemingly innocent phrase allowed a person to question the motives of any civilian or military member that sought to learn classified information that was not pertinent to their duties or their security classification. The “need to know” was intended to be a way to discern what information was appropriate for sharing with coworkers or other individuals that you came into contact with during the day, both in or out of work. It was used to keep classified information out of the hands of people that were not in the loop, so to speak. Yes, spies. I would hear or read that three word phrase, “need to know”, almost daily for the next four and a half years that I worked within the intelligence gathering field.
The one thing that really struck my young mind as strange was the fact that some of the less classified information that I had access to was not the same thing I saw reported in national newspapers and magazines, or broadcast on any of the three major television networks. Many times the “leaked” information was completely opposite to what I routinely had access to. I started to understand the reason for the apparent error. It was being used to manipulate people’s opinions just by altering or blocking the information they received, either leaving important facts out or adding in totally erroneous facts. This type of manipulation of information came to be known as misinformation or disinformation. It was being routinely fed to a hungry, trusting, unknowing, and unquestioning public. I saw the effects this false information had on people’s daily lives, and also on the important decisions our government officials made. I witnessed the fear it created in the general public and the anger it generated towards some innocent countries, their elected leaders, as well as their people. It was a legal way of changing people’s opinions and perpetuating a form of mass mind control.
In addition to my interest in the weather, my free time was spent reading about the brain, the mind, and their causal relationship with respect to the objective world we were subjected to…the one created by beliefs. This is when I first started to see the connection between clouds and beliefs. What? Did I just say there is a connection between clouds and beliefs? Yes I did. At that time I saw how the invisible electromagnetic energy stored in the atmosphere in something as innocuous as fair weather clouds could be built into destructive storms that generated tornadoes and hurricanes. This appeared to match up with similar processes and methods that went into forming the foundation of beliefs. I saw how altered information blocked the light of truth that we as a nation took for granted. On top of this, I saw the network that was in place to keep feeding people this altered information, which kept them in the dark, living in the shadows of what they thought was truth.
In the meantime, during those formative adult years, my goal of earning a degree in meteorology continued. Following my enlistment, I enrolled in the
Following graduation, I began working as a meteorologist with the National Weather Service. Over the years, I worked as a staff meteorologist at the National Center for Environmental Prediction (formerly National Meteorological Center) in Washington, D.C. and the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, North Carolina. I also served as a forecast meteorologist at local weather offices in Guam, Florida, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Alaska.
The “need to know” has since become one of the key driving principles of my life during my thirty year quest to find the ultimate connection between the seemingly opposing poles of science and spirituality, physics and philosophy, body and mind, darkness and light, the relative and the absolute. My “need to know” the details about the various mechanisms and processes that underlie the nature of this reality and this creation was what I came here to learn in this lifetime. It is an ever expanding and ascending process that seems to grow and grow and grow with each new seemingly unconnected experience. It is this unquenchable thirst for truth that has pushed me and pulled me in many opposing directions throughout my life.
After two years of obtaining the prerequisites for attending chiropractic college, my growing internal drive for a more complete understanding of life and my inherent “need to know” about natural and ancient healing methods caused me to enroll in chiropractic college in St. Louis. I hoped to learn how to use energy for healing and also to learn how the mind and body function together. So I resigned from my meteorologist position with the government and moved back once again to the Show Me state. Coincidentally, this would be my third time attending school in the state of Missouri, the nation’s heartland.
I began my chiropractic practice in
During the thirteen years as a meteorologist, I saw the impact that computer models of the atmosphere had on understanding the principles underlying weather and climate. I also witnessed the significant improvement and accuracy that the various computer models had on predicting synoptic weather patterns over land and also over water. The weather models have improved forecasts and warnings considerably, even to the point now that meteorologists are almost totally dependent on the models for their accurate predictions. These complex models require supercomputers in order to calculate and derive millions of mathematical formulations that are performed on massive amounts of digital worldwide weather data every twelve hours. The models then display the information in an understandable and preset format.
It has been said for many, many years that “a picture is worth a thousand words”. With this in mind, I have attempted to combine the fields of physical science and biological science along with my interest in psychology and philosophy with the inspired creation of my Conceptual Model of Light and Life (CMLL). The CMLL is a visual model for displaying the complicated relationship between the mind and the body. The CMLL will help you visually understand the interaction between consciousness, physics, and all facets of mind-body dynamics. It will also help you to incorporate this information into your daily life and empower you to expand beyond your previous limiting beliefs.
The interconnected web of energy and information is what I have come here to teach. It has taken me many years to understand the nature of the holographic and fractal patterns that exist just below normal observation. After enduring many years of frustration and doubt, I eventually came to experience the exaltation of “knowing”. I was finally able to intuitively put the pieces of the puzzle together in a coherent and concise manner. I trust it will satisfy your own personal “need to know”.
